2. Licence

Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, TaxWidget grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to embed and use the calculators on your website.

The licence remains valid only while an active subscription is maintained.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the calculators to provide informational estimates to visitors
• Display the widgets as part of your website content

You may not:

• Modify, copy or reverse engineer the widget code
• Resell or redistribute the calculators as standalone software
• Remove licensing or identification mechanisms

4. Fair Usage

Usage of the calculators is subject to fair usage limits. Websites generating unusually high volumes of calculation requests may require an enterprise licence.

TaxWidget reserves the right to contact customers where usage significantly exceeds typical levels.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider or by contacting us.

6. Availability

While we aim to provide reliable service, TaxWidget does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the calculators or API.

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend the service to perform maintenance or improvements.

7. Accuracy of Calculations

The calculators are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Although we aim to reflect current UK tax rules, the results should not be considered financial advice and may not reflect every individual's tax circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability
